Why does the price seem to fluctuate? Prices are fixed in GBP therefore will be subject to currency fluctuations at the time of ordering. 

Does the print have a border? Dimensions shown include a 50mm white handling border which can be removed professionally at the time of framing should you wish to frame it in such a way.

Is shipping included in the price? The price includes taxes, packaging and shipping to Australia, NZ but not the Rest of World (where your order will be fulfilled by Astrid's UK printer and shipping added at time of purchase).

I don't live in NZ/Australia, can I still place an order? Yes, we offer online ordering to many countries. For any concerns, please contact sales@astridharrisson.com and you can place your order manually.

Do you offer discounts for multiple orders? For multiple prints, enter discount code GRACE10 at the checkout to benefit from a 10% discount.

When will I receive my print? Your order will be shipped within 7 business days. You will receive an email to confirm it has been dispatched. If your order hasn't reached you within 7 business days from receiving your shipping email confirmation, please email sales@astridharrisson.com to enquire. Please note, Astrid Harrisson Photography is not responsible for any delays due to the postal/courier system, especially during the times where Covid-19 is impacting Global delivery systems.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns regarding the delivery of your order. Please let us know your order number and the full delivery address.

How will my print be packaged? Prints are shipped carefully protected in a cardboard tube from Astrid's preferred printers.

Returns If you are unsatisfied with your print and wish to return it, please advise sales@astridharrisson.com within 48 hours of receiving your print to be advised of the returns process. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs but will be fully reimbursed for the original print cost (less the original shipping cost). If your print is damaged in transit, please send photographs of the damaged print and packaging to sales@astridharrisson.com and a replacement will be organised.

Framing Prints are sold unframed but we are able to offer advice on framing.

Are these prints available elsewhere? At the time of launch of this collaboration, these editions are sold exclusively through Astrid's website. Some of Astrid's images have been released as part of the 2019 Artist Pledge Scheme and are available as small 14 x 11in prints (produced in the UK) here and may additionally be available as part of more high end Limited Editions on Saatchi Art.
